Episode 7. Busting Imposter Syndrome with Neha Sampat

Neha Sampat is a lawyer, mom, and the founder of GenLead|BelongLab. Her career has taken her from Big Law, to the non-profit world, and to higher education, where she served as Dean of Students and a law professor. In this episode, Neha shares her journey to launching her company and the lessons she's learned about authenticity and vulnerability that have shaped her work.

Neha helps organizations and individuals focus on what truly matters—belonging. Her company provides organizational consulting and training to implement inclusion and belonging programs. One of her goals is to increase meaningful diversity and to help diverse individuals successfully navigate their professional advancement while valuing their authentic strengths.

Neha's company also offers professional development programs for individuals, such as her signature course, Owning Your Value. She helps individuals bust the imposter syndrome that is holding them back from realizing their true potential and that inhibits true belonging.
