Episode 36. Empowering Yourself and Others with Estelle Winsett

Estelle Winsett is a lawyer mom, a professional development director at an Am Law 200 firm, and a empowering force for other women lawyers.

She served as legal recruiter and then as Dean of Career Services at the University of Memphis School of Law. Estelle then joined Butler Snow as the firm's first Director of Professional Development, where she created a professional development department to help the firm's attorneys reach their fullest potential.

In her spare time, she is a personal stylist for professional women. She loves fashion and showing women how to use style as a tool to own their power and have more fun. She hosts a free Facebook Group for professional women where she provides tips and tricks on style and empowerment.

In this Episode, we discuss how Estelle empowered herself to make moves in her career, and how she shows up to empower other women.
